of a brief period following the Crash of 1929, BEST has enjoyed
steady
growth throughout the century. With headquarters in New York City
and offices in London, Tokyo, Milan, Amsterdam and Miami’s South Beach,
BEST Design Incorporated is recognized as the largest graphic design
firm of the Western World. Our design achievements have been widely
lauded by the media and the international design community. In fact,
our President, Alexander Whitney Knowlton,
has been the recipient of over 500 awards, including the prestigious
Best Designer in the World Award. All of this attention has not diminished

their individual needs. He still answers the phone personally and
